We guarantee our work and we stand behind the plants we provide. If for any reason our plants begin to look distressed during our maintenance, we will replace them for you. Our professional horticultural specialists are trained to prune, shape, clean, fertilize and water your plants properly and to take pro-active measures to prevent problems or replacements. Combined, our staff has over 200 years of plant technician experience.
When you call our office, you will speak to a live person not a machine. Your call will be promptly handled and referred to the appropriate person. You may even find our president, Mark Kupcewicz, answering the phones as well. We believe in customer service and commit to providing you with the best customer service possible.
Our plants are housed on site in over 20,000 square feet of greenhouse space. When our plants are brought in from Florida or Hawaii, they have plenty of room to acclimate prior to reaching your location. We invite you to call and schedule a greenhouse tour to see the plants for yourself.
